Shipping and Return Conditions

"Each purchased product is usually shipped within 2 business days. It is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

To return any undamaged product, simply present it within 14 days of the purchase date, along with its packaging and accessories, along with the original invoice (or gift exchange card); we will either exchange the product or offer a refund using the payment method you used when purchasing. However, please note the following: (i) Products can only be returned in the country of purchase; and returns of opened/used cosmetic products are not accepted.

In the event of a defect notification within the warranty period regarding a product purchased from us (including defective products/manufacturer's defects), it is our responsibility to replace the allegedly defective product according to our preference. If we cannot replace the product within a reasonable period, the customer has the right to receive a refund of the purchase price upon returning the product (only for products proven to have manufacturer defects and deemed suitable). Shipping fees for replaced products are covered by us, but shipping fees for product returns are borne by the customer. Returns of our cosmetic products are only possible if the package is unopened and undamaged. To return the delivered product without opening and using it, it must be shipped within 14 days at the latest.

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information provided to you and the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other relevant laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.

3. Shipping costs, which are the product shipping expenses, will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product is usually shipped within 2 business days. It is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in compliance with the specified qualities in the order, along with any documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual.

6. In the event it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date the seller learns of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE

7. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

SHOPPING MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD

8. If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons after the product is delivered and the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institution concerned, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.

FAILURE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITH UNFORESEEN REASONS

9. If unforeseen reasons occur for which the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment is made in cash, the amount will be refunded to the buyer in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment is made by credit card and canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

10. The buyer will inspect the product/service before taking delivery; they will not accept damaged and defective products/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging from the cargo company. The received product/service will be deemed to be undamaged and sound. The buyer must carefully protect the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product/service should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

11. The conditions for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal are as specified in the Distance Sales Agreement.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

12. If the buyer defaults on the payment transactions made with a credit card, they acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the bank and be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may request the costs incurred and the attorney's fees from the buyer, and in any case, the buyer acknowledges that they will compensate the seller for the damages suffered due to the delayed performance of the debt.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

13. The buyer can make the payment by making a bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to the accounts (in TRY) to be notified by the seller.

14. Payment can be made online with a credit card through the website. In online payments, the credit card will be charged at the end of the order."
